Can a skin tag right below the eye be removed with a laser?

Since some time ago, a few small bumps have appeared under my eyes, gradually growing larger and now seem to be settled in place and not going away. At first, I tried squeezing them like pimples, but it seemed to make them harder, so I stopped touching them. My friend calls them skin tags, and I heard they tend to appear more easily with age. I remember my mother also had something like this under her eyes. She just accepted it and went on with her life... but I am quite concerned about it. I keep touching them and they are very noticeable in the mirror. I heard that the area under the eyes should not be treated or operated on casually, but that was a long time ago, and since technology has improved these days, I think treatment might be possible.
