(Concern) Is there no facial redness after age spot treatment?

A few years ago, after a laser procedure, I developed facial redness and experienced severe stress. I had the procedure to treat melasma and freckles, but the redness worsened, and people around me kept saying I looked strange. For your information, my face doesn't usually turn red. Could something similar happen when removing age spots? Now that I am over fifty, my face has become darker, and I am worried. How can I receive laser treatment without these concerns?
