(Concern) Removal of skin tags

Are skin tags contagious and can they spread?

I was so surprised that I immediately looked for removal and treatment, but I also want to ask questions on CashDoc.

Actually, I have an old skin tag that has been quite persistent and large.

Still, since I wasn't seriously ill, infected, or causing much trouble, I left it alone.

However, I am worried because it would be a big problem if it spreads.

Can this be easily removed by burning it with a laser, like removing a mole?
