Left calf muscle tightness symptoms

As I got older, sometimes when I went up and down the stairs, I felt a discomfort in my knees, but there was no significant inconvenience in my legs.

Since contracting COVID seven months ago, I've been experiencing lingering symptoms, such as discomfort in my left calf when walking or sitting and standing up.

The right side is fine, but sometimes the outside of my left calf feels tight. It's not painful, but after walking a little, my calf feels uncomfortable and tight, like a pulling or tingling sensation. I wonder if there's something wrong. Does anyone else experience this? Could this be related to varicose veins?
