[Concern] My calves swell easily..

I started working part-time recently.

The part-time work lasts between 2 to 4 hours.

I spend a lot of time standing. Standing in the same spot.

My legs hurt after about 40 minutes of working.

I feel especially tight swelling in my calves.

I thought it might be because I'm getting older, but when I press with my hand,

It says, "It gets inside the flesh. When I wake up."

There is swelling in the morning as well, could it be varicose veins?

I'm wondering if this is related to this side.. I think preventive measures are needed in advance.
