Could this be telangiectasia or varicose veins?

I walked about 10,000 to 20,000 steps every day for 1 to 2 years. I don't know if it's because I walk a lot, but I noticed tiny visible blood vessels on my left leg. My leg also feels numb. I'm wondering if it's varicose veins. Do others who walk a lot experience similar symptoms? How do you feel?
