Postoperative management of varicose vein surgery

My varicose veins are so severe that I had two procedures in different areas. Fortunately, there has been no recurrence, but I wonder if the blood vessels could become weakened. Sometimes, even when I play volleyball and get hit, the veins bulge out severely. I have scars from multiple incisions, and they are still quite visible. How do you manage this?
