How should shingles scars be treated?

I got shingles last July, but I didn't realize it was shingles and treated it late, so I suffered severely. I have improved a lot now and the pain is gone, but I am left with severe scars extending across my chest, armpits, and back. There are also deep indentations, perhaps because I scratched my back a lot. How should I treat these scars?
