I'm worried that my eyes look too hollow because I don't have any eyelids.

I naturally have very little flesh on my eyelids, so the area above my eyes looks flat and slightly sunken. I am often told that I look tired, and I am self-conscious because my eyes look even more hollow and older in photos. I am also worried because if I apply eyeshadow incorrectly, my eyes look even more sunken and my double eyelid line appears more pronounced.

Do any of you who, like me, have thin eyelids share similar concerns? I think adding a little volume to my eyelids would soften my impression, but I'm worried that getting fat grafting or other procedures might make me look too swollen or unnatural. I'm curious to know how satisfied those of you who have actually received eyelid volume treatments were.
