Have you had LASIK or LASEK surgery if you have thin corneas?

I have high myopia and my cornea is very thin.

When I first went for a consultation, they said I couldn't proceed because my cornea was thin.

Both LASIK and LASEK.

It was about 20 years ago, so I think it's probably not possible now due to advancements in medical devices.

Back then, I was told I couldn't, so I'm still living with glasses and contact lenses ㅠㅠ

Is there anyone who has had the procedure even with a thin cornea?
