Questions about presbyopia correction procedures

I have high myopia, but I am experiencing presbyopia, so nearby objects are blurry and hard to see clearly.

I just can't get used to multifocal glasses, so I can't wear them.

It's not easy to switch between two pairs of glasses. So I looked into it and found out that there is presbyopia correction surgery. I'm curious whether presbyopia correction surgery improves both the high myopia I originally have and presbyopia, or if it only corrects presbyopia.
