How are LASIK and LASEK?

I used to have good eyesight.

My eyesight has worsened a lot lately.

I think it's because I look at the monitor all day at work.

I think my eyesight has gotten worse since I started using a smartphone there.

Will my vision definitely improve if I undergo LASIK or LASEK?

But I'm worried because of the side effects.

I'm curious about reviews from people who have undergone LASIK.
