In my twenties, I could lose weight easily just by skipping one meal. So I tried fasting diets and took appetite suppressants, trying all sorts of things. But since I lost weight easily, I also gained it back quickly. After stopping the medication, I experienced a yo-yo effect and gained even more. In my thirties, I realized I had to do exercise and dietary therapy to lose even a little weight. Fasting no longer worked. These days, I do stretching and home workouts at home, take supplements, and even add a bit of stress, and I think I’ve lost a little weight. I hope to succeed in dieting before I turn forty.
