Sometimes I experience a sudden back spasm that makes it impossible to move my back. These symptoms occur frequently when I exercise with my child or after waking up from sleep. During such times, I usually use a massage chair or ask someone to tap my back to relieve the pain. I've also tried applying patches and receiving acupuncture treatment at a Korean medicine clinic, but nothing has helped. When the symptoms occur at work, I take a short break, but it's quite difficult because I can't move at that moment. Is there any way to prevent these spasms from happening?
