Corn oil. Perilla oil. They're good.

Omega-3. I know it's good, but I'm confused about whether I should take health supplements or get it from food. I usually consume perilla oil. As I get older, I become confused about how to properly take health supplements. I've heard that as you age, more nutrients are lost through the body rather than absorbed, so I think I need to pay more attention now.
