When playing as Maunzaro, do I have to stop temporarily if I get the flu?

If I happen to catch the flu while playing as Maunza, do I have to stop for a while?

There is a grace period of about 4 days, so would it be okay if I get it now and then get vaccinated once I feel a bit better?

It hasn't started yet, but I was curious because there are a lot of flu and COVID patients around me these days.
