It seems like getting pregnant easily is a side effect of getting the Maunza injection, even though you were taking birth control pills?

I've seen in the news lately that the term "Mounzaro Baby" is emerging. Apparently, overweight individuals who had a low chance of getting pregnant started the Maunzaro program and ended up conceiving.
 
If this is happening even after taking oral contraceptives, it seems like Maunzaro is really related to hormones. Seeing these side effects, it looks like there isn't a perfect diet injection yet.
