Does getting an injection of Maunza really reduce cravings or appetite?

Lately, when I read posts about dieting, I see a lot of talk about an injection called Maunzaro. Maybe it's because I lack willpower, but I keep craving sweet snacks after meals, and it's so hard to control my appetite. I have a really good appetite.
