Usually, when I'm on a diet or sick, I lose weight easily in my face and chest, but the fat on my arms and thighs just doesn't go away.

However, even after getting hit with Wigobi and Maunjaro, I am losing weight in my face and chest, but I am worried that the fat on my arms and thighs, which I really want to lose, won't go away.
