This is a review of my experience with the lifting laser procedure after much consideration.
In my case, I have wanted to undergo lifting laser procedures for a long time. After much deliberation, I finally decided to go through with it! I will share the reasons for my hesitation, how I went about consulting, and some advice and tips for those who are 고민하는 분들 like me!!
Personally, I think I've been contemplating the lifting laser procedure for several years.
I only thought about wanting to do it, but I never seriously considered it until one day I looked in the mirror and realized I really needed to get a lifting laser treatment.
The reason I hesitated was because, compared to basic aesthetic treatments or mole removal procedures, lifting laser treatments tend to be more expensive and may cause more pain, so I was quite conflicted.
I'm still working at a company, but how would I continue working there if I undergo this procedure? I had those kinds of concerns, haha. I think many people can relate to this. I also need to take time off. It was a practical concern.
First, I went to the dermatologist for another matter, but I also consulted with the doctor while I was there. That dermatology clinic not only provides skin treatments but also has quite a few reviews related to aesthetics, especially after lifting laser procedures. When I went for the consultation, the conversation went quite smoothly, and it seemed that the process wasn't as difficult as I had thought.
Since there was a promotion offering a discount for first-time procedures, I decided to go ahead with the treatment at a reasonably affordable price. I was quite worried because it was my first time, but after actually doing it, I felt very relieved and found it quite worthwhile.
The effect of lifting laser is to lift sagging of the face and cheek fat, providing elasticity and resulting in smooth and firm skin. Of course, the effectiveness and the time it takes to see results can vary from person to person. The pain is not completely painless, but it was a tolerable discomfort for me. For those worried about pain, don't worry too much as it isn't that severe.
If you are truly eager to try the lifting laser, I confidently advise that after consulting thoroughly with a doctor and carefully considering the procedure details and costs, if you feel satisfied with the decision, it might be good to try it at least once.
And if you're worried about the company, it might be a good idea to coordinate with the dermatology clinic to receive questions during the evening consultation hours. You can receive treatments on Friday evening and then take a break for two and a half days over Saturday and Sunday. Alternatively, getting a lifting laser procedure at a dermatology clinic that operates on holidays and then taking recovery time over the weekend can also be a useful tip!
Tip: Please apply regenerative cream after lifting laser treatment.

- 01CommentsI also looked for lifting creams before getting a consultation. I could definitely feel the hydration when I applied them, but I didn't really notice any significant improvement in my pores. However, since consistently moisturizing and taking good care of your skin's condition through sun protection helps, I think it would be a good idea to start with home care rather than expecting dramatic results.510026.10.18
- 02CommentsI think this is a perfectly understandable concern you might have while on your diet. When you hit a plateau, slightly adjusting your usual diet or adding light strength training to boost your basal metabolic rate are good solutions. I hope you don't give up and continue with your healthy routine!1505026.10.26
- 03CommentsThere is absolutely no need to undergo multiple combination procedures right from the start. If you are concerned about a sagging jawline or a double chin, try ultrasound first; if your goal is to reduce fine lines on the skin surface and improve skin firmness, try radiofrequency equipment alone. I recommend visiting at least two or three clinics to find one that offers a single procedure without unnecessary treatments. Please compare thoroughly, and I hope you make a decision you are satisfied with.311026.10.28

Its major advantage is that it delivers high-frequency elasticity to the necessary areas while minimizing concerns about cheek hollowing. Satisfaction is high as you can expect both overall skin texture improvement and tightening effects. I hope this helps with your decision regarding the procedure.1952026.09.30
- 02CommentsI see you were very curious about the downtime for the Onda Lifting procedure due to concerns regarding jawline elasticity. While individual differences exist, the Onda Lifting generally causes minimal bruising or swelling, so only slight redness usually occurs on the day of the procedure. You can apply makeup and resume your daily activities without any issues the following day, so please feel free to schedule a consultation.811026.10.09
- 03CommentsIf it were me, I would start by getting the procedure that is your top priority. If your biggest concern is sagging facial contours, I would recommend Ultherapy; if you are more concerned about dull skin, fine lines, or loss of elasticity, I would suggest consulting about Thermage first. Then, observe the results for about two months and proceed with treatments to address any remaining issues. Rather than getting both procedures at once, I think it is better to try one first, taking your skin condition into account!942126.10.21
