Considering a lifting procedure... Were you as satisfied as you expected?

When I look at reviews for lifting procedures, some people say they are highly satisfied, while others say the changes weren't as dramatic as they expected, so I'm really conflicted.

Since it is not a cheap procedure, I am most curious about actual reviews before getting it.
