Permanent lifting procedure?

I understand that lifting procedures are not permanent and their effects wear off after a certain period. In other words, I believe they are treatments that need to be received periodically. However, in the case of a surgery that combines fat removal, fat redistribution, and lifting, is the lifting included in that procedure also non-permanent?

결론부터 말하면, 수술에 포함된 리프팅도 “완전히 영구적으로 고정되는 구조”는 아니고 시간이 지나면서 노화 영향은 계속 받습니다. 다만 차이는 있어요. 비수술 리프팅(고주파·초음파 등)은 콜라겐 재생이나 조직 수축을 유도하는 방식이라 시간이 지나면 서서히 원래 상태로 돌아가는 성격이 강한 반면, 지방 재배치나 SMAS 박리·고정 같은 수술 리프팅은 구조 자체를 바꿔 놓기 때문에 유지력이 훨씬 길고 변화 폭도 큽니다.

저도 이 부분이 궁금해서 찾아봤는데 수술이라고 해서 리프팅 효과가 영구적인 건 아니라고 하더라고요. 지방 제거나 재배치 자체는 비교적 오래 유지되는 편이지만, 노화는 계속 진행되기 때문에 리프팅 효과는 시간이 지나면서 조금씩 감소할 수 있다고 들었어요. 그래서 수술 후에도 필요하면 리프팅 시술로 유지 관리를 하는 분들도 꽤 계시더라고요.
