Hongdae Portra Lifting Review (Titanium New Version)
I've been feeling a bit down lately, so I've been looking for something to do to cheer me up.
I'm scared of surgery and I don't want it to hurt, but if I don't do anything, I'm worried about my face sagging.
I don't have a lot of fat on my face, but the left side feels a little saggy, and as I'm in my early 30s, I think I need to take care of my overall skin.
When I looked at the photos taken when I had scalp treatment before, I noticed that the sagging on the left side was more noticeable, so I started to do a lot of leg work from then on.
They say that if you have a lot of fat on your face or sagging, you can get Ulthera, but if you have little fat on your face but want a lifting, they often use titanium.
But I don't have the courage to get titanium or Ulthera... I really hate pain.
So, what I found out while searching was Portra, which is called Titanium Plus, the upgraded version of Titanium Lifting.
Since there weren't many hospitals that performed the procedure, I ended up going to Hongik University Station, and it was in a building next to Musinsa Temple near Exit 8.
During the consultation, a 3D skin precision diagnosis was performed first, and it was conducted very thoroughly, taking almost 30 minutes from the photo shoot to the actual consultation.
He explained that it was a 'custom lifting system' that sets energy values for each part of the face, and that everything from the symmetry of the apple zone on both sides of the face, the depth of the nasolabial fold, pore distribution, fine wrinkles under the eyes, dark circles, and jawline symmetry were all expressed in numbers.
I was a bit shocked because my age and skin condition were shown so honestly, step by step.
After the consultation, there was a process of aligning my needs with the director's design direction, and the design was decided before the procedure.
The procedure took approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
It was too bright to take pictures, but the progress itself was relatively quick.
I've seen a lot of talk about the anesthesia and pain associated with the Ulthera Titanium, but since it has a contact cooling system called Port, if it feels hot, it cools it down right away.
There was no separate anesthetic cream, and the intensity could be adjusted in 0.1 increments, so I was able to adjust the intensity in between.
The explanation is that it targets the retaining ligaments to achieve fat contraction, lifting, and sagging improvement, and I heard that it uses four different wavelengths compared to existing titanium.
Comparing the time before and the day after the procedure, I felt like the sagging on the left side, which was particularly severe, had been lifted up a little.
Since it was a photo taken with a regular camera, it looked more vivid.
If you compare it to the old photos I took when I was getting scalp treatment, my face looks quite different right before the procedure.
I was advised that the Portra treatment would last longer if done three times at one-month intervals.
I think it would be good for those looking for a lifting procedure with less pain to consider, but since it hasn't been long since the procedure, there may be individual differences and it seems like it would be necessary to observe further.

- 01CommentsThe treatment approach for nasolabial folds may vary depending on the degree of hollowness and the extent of cheek sagging. If the grooves themselves are deeply indented, filling them with fillers is effective for immediate improvement. On the other hand, if the wrinkles are caused by sagging cheek skin, lifting them with Ultherapy or thread lifting provides a more natural look. I recommend consulting with a clinic to accurately determine the cause and making a comprehensive decision.231026.10.29

Since the sensation is more of a warm heat rather than a tingling sensation, many people receive the treatment comfortably without anesthetic cream. It is also a highly satisfying procedure for defining the double chin and deep cheek lines.160026.10.29
- 03CommentsRather than mixing up various procedures from the start, I think it would be better to start with just the one area you are most concerned about. I would probably start by consulting about the part that bothers me the most when I look in the mirror.190026.10.29
- 01CommentsI also looked for lifting creams before getting a consultation. I could definitely feel the hydration when I applied them, but I didn't really notice any significant improvement in my pores. However, since consistently moisturizing and taking good care of your skin's condition through sun protection helps, I think it would be a good idea to start with home care rather than expecting dramatic results.500026.10.18
- 02CommentsRadiofrequency or ultrasound lifting is a procedure you can comfortably receive at any time, largely regardless of the season. However, during the summer, your skin is easily irritated by sweat and strong UV rays, so you need to pay extra attention to soothing and sun protection. Conversely, in winter, managing dryness is essential, so you must provide thorough moisturizing care. Rather than focusing on the season, I recommend getting the treatment on a weekend or during a break when you have no important schedules.464026.10.23

When you hit a plateau, slightly adjusting your usual diet or adding light strength training to boost your basal metabolic rate are good solutions. I hope you don't give up and continue with your healthy routine!1495026.10.26

Its major advantage is that it delivers high-frequency elasticity to the necessary areas while minimizing concerns about cheek hollowing. Satisfaction is high as you can expect both overall skin texture improvement and tightening effects. I hope this helps with your decision regarding the procedure.1942026.09.30
- 02CommentsI see you were very curious about the downtime for the Onda Lifting procedure due to concerns regarding jawline elasticity. While individual differences exist, the Onda Lifting generally causes minimal bruising or swelling, so only slight redness usually occurs on the day of the procedure. You can apply makeup and resume your daily activities without any issues the following day, so please feel free to schedule a consultation.781026.10.09
- 03CommentsIf it were me, I would start by getting the procedure that is your top priority. If your biggest concern is sagging facial contours, I would recommend Ultherapy; if you are more concerned about dull skin, fine lines, or loss of elasticity, I would suggest consulting about Thermage first. Then, observe the results for about two months and proceed with treatments to address any remaining issues. Rather than getting both procedures at once, I think it is better to try one first, taking your skin condition into account!932126.10.21
