Is there anything I need to prepare before the Juvelook procedure?

Since Juvelook is a procedure performed using injections, please let me know if there is anything I need to prepare separately.

They say not to take aspirin because it thins the blood, but that doesn't apply to me.
I heard that you should be careful with ginseng and red ginseng as well.

They told me to be careful about drinking and smoking starting three days in advance.

Should I also be careful with exfoliation before the procedure?
Please let me know if there are any other points to note.
