How do you compare whether your skin has improved after receiving Juvelook?

I am looking into Juvelook because I am concerned about my skin texture, but I don't know how to check the difference before and after the procedure.

Pores and uneven skin texture can look different depending on the lighting, and the look also changes depending on your skin condition that day.

Would it be best to record it with photos? Or are there people who check for changes by looking at the finish when wearing makeup or the feel of their skin?

I'm curious because I'm worried I might miss out on changes if I just keep looking in the mirror day after day.
