I try not to engage in activities that are bad for joint health in order to maintain joint health.
There are various postures such as squatting, cross-legged sitting, leg crossing, kneeling, climbing stairs up and down, and chin resting positions. Also, for app-based tech activities, it is advised not to undertake excessive missions. For example, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance's "This Month's Bingo" includes walking 500,000 steps in a month and walking 20,000 steps three times, among others. I tried to achieve these, but my knees started feeling strange, so I stopped. The treatment costs would likely be dozens of times more than the points earned.
