My shoulder hurts, and I am undergoing manual physical therapy.
The physical therapists have great hand pressure, so it hurts when receiving treatment, but the effects are definitely noticeable. They also teach exercises that can be done at home and recheck my posture.
I am currently receiving consistent treatment.
