This is a review of my root canal treatment at Dasom Dental Clinic in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju...^^
While having dinner with friends and chatting, I ended up talking about the process of getting a root canal treatment on a cracked tooth.
A friend recently went to the dentist because of tooth pain and was told that there was a crack, so they had a root canal treatment.
However, I mentioned that the medication prescribed by the dentist was too strong, and taking it made my kidneys hurt so much that it was difficult.
Another friend told me not to go to that dentist and to go to the dentist they go to instead.
According to that friend, at the dental clinic he goes to, they don't do root canal treatments or prosthetics; they just extract the tooth and do implants... He said that implants are a popular treatment these days...^^
Then, I shared my story of experiencing severe tooth pain and receiving treatment at Dasom Dental Clinic located in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
At Dasom Dental Clinic in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, where I received treatment, they confirmed a crack in my tooth through an X-ray and told me that root canal treatment was necessary.
And after performing root canal treatment, we proceed with prosthetics to preserve the current tooth as much as possible.
They explained that if the pain continues even after nerve treatment, extraction may be unavoidable.
And on the first day, I had a nerve treatment... but they didn't prescribe any medication at all.
Interestingly, the pain disappeared immediately after the first nerve treatment.
I underwent approximately three additional root canal treatments and received a prosthesis.
Like the first friend, there was no abdominal pain caused by medication, and there was no prescription itself...
I have not extracted the tooth.
Even after getting the prosthesis, there is no foreign body sensation at all, and it feels very comfortable and great...^^
A friend who had been silently listening to the three of us asked me where the dental clinic was...
Are there still such honest dentists these days?
