A hospital specializing in shoulder pain in the Jeonju area?

My husband suffers from occasional severe shoulder pain. We visit a local orthopedic surgeon and a Korean medicine clinic, but it doesn't get better. Does anyone know of a hospital in the Jeonju area that specializes in shoulder pain?
