Is there any way to reduce the waiting time at Sukyeong Dermatology Clinic in Jeonju?

I've always received treatment from Director Park Soo-kyung, haha. The wait is really too long and exhausting though. Can't the waiting time be shortened a bit? *sobs* The system seriously needs improvement. There isn't even a place to wait, which is disappointing at times. The restrooms, however, are really, really good! I am satisfied because they are clean inside. The staff need to be a bit friendlier. Please, as you are in the service industry, always greet us with a bright, smiling face and be gentle. We need to create a hospital where patients want to visit feeling good. I really have to ask you to do this. It is very disappointing that hospitals these days don't seem very friendly. Whether it's the doctor or the person at the front desk, one of the two is always unfriendly.
