The wait at this hospital is incredibly long. Even with a reservation, you'll have to wait for over 30 minutes to an hour.
I wish Director Park Soo-kyung was a little more friendly. The waiting time is long, but the treatment takes only a few minutes and is over quickly. The desk staff aren't that friendly either. It's clean. The hospital building looks very old, but contrary to my concerns about the exterior, the facilities inside are clean. There's a bathroom inside, so that's nice. It's a bit inconvenient that reservations aren't taken at the counter but through the app. I don't know why they don't take reservations at the counter.
I hope you get better soon. It's hard to make a reservation, and I'm tired of waiting. It's really hard. It's because there are only two doctors.

대기 길어요ㅠ . 감안하고 일찍 갑니다

대기는 길지만 일단 진료 자체가 만족스럽더라구요 미리 가서 접수하고 다른 볼일보고 시간맞춰가면 좋더라구요
