I'm leaving this review after visiting Nanuri Dental Clinic for a diagnosis and scaling of my teeth due to this numbness. I've always suffered from discomfort due to tooth sensitivity whenever I eat cold foods. Upon my visit, the staff asked me detailed questions about my symptoms and thoroughly examined the condition of my teeth, which put me at ease. Rather than simply recommending scaling, they explained the cause of my numbness, whether it was due to receding gums or wear and tear, which made it easy to understand. Afterwards, I had scaling done. They were especially careful with the numb areas, so the pain wasn't severe. They also checked on me frequently to ensure I wasn't feeling any discomfort, which helped me relax. After the procedure, they provided detailed guidance on how to manage the numbness, including brushing habits and precautions, which was very helpful. The clinic's cleanliness and hygiene were also well-maintained, which gave me a sense of trust. Overall, I felt like I was receiving meticulous and patient-friendly care.
