A review of my visit to the Better Mental Health Clinic in Jeonbuk Province: A frustrating first-time counseling experience.

Well, it was my first time going to a psychiatrist, and the consultation with the doctor wasn't as satisfying as I'd hoped. Is that how it is? There were no answers. The way he just listened was unpleasant. I came here because I wanted to get better, but I didn't feel very good. Maybe it's because it's my first time? I felt like the frustration of not having answers was building up. The information desk was neither friendly nor rude, just somewhere in between. What criteria do I need to use to find a hospital that provides the kind of care I see on TV? I have to go again, but do I really need to go again? It was a difficult decision to make. I wish they would treat patients with more sincerity and empathy.
