Are these symptoms in the molar due to secondary cavities?

Past Background: At the time of inlay treatment on August 19th of last year at 5 PM, the cavity was already deep, and a post-removal X-ray of the chewing surface revealed thin walls. I frequently skip brushing my teeth. For a long time, I have experienced a persistent, subtle throbbing and itching sensation lasting 5 seconds even when at rest. A tingling and aching sensation lasting 5 seconds was added when chewing sour jelly. Recently, a new symptom was added: a headache (referred pain) that radiated slightly to the head, accompanied by a tingling pain lasting 5 seconds even when at rest. Current Status: There is no gum pus or severe pain preventing sleep at night yet. Yesterday, I experienced a tingling pain in my molar for 5 seconds while doing nothing; it was not excruciating pain.
