I watched my younger sibling get the latest laminates — it looks so different from 10 years ago!
I have old laminates, so I strongly advised my younger sibling not to do it.
But my younger sibling ended up getting the latest method. What my sibling received is called Zeronate, a technique where the tooth is bonded without removing almost any part of the tooth.
When I had it done in the past, they ground down more than 50% of my tooth, but my younger sibling only had minimal removal done, so they didn't even make a temporary tooth.
I heard that during the two-week production period, they lived completely comfortably while doing broadcasts and taking photos with just a little bit of tweaking.
Compared to having to lie down for over six hours during the replacement process, it felt like a story from a completely different world.
My younger sibling only did the top 8 and didn't do the bottom ones, but the difference is visible.
The strangest thing was when eating ice cream; they said the upper part with the laminate didn't feel sensitive at all, but the lower part felt extremely sensitive.
Actually, my laminated teeth feel stronger. Hahaha.
It has been 6 months since I received it, and I haven't heard a single word about it being uncomfortable.
I am so satisfied that I feel embarrassed for having tried to dissuade you at first. The downside is the cost.
Since you use it for over 10 years once you install it, it's not bad in the long run, but the initial cost is a bit of a burden. (Thank your parents, little brother/sister...)
And I heard that you always have to be careful with hard foods or things like caramel.
