Because they do not meet people often, they do not feel the need to wash and neglect cleaning and laundry.

 

If this condition persists for a long time, depression and lethargy worsen, and abnormalities begin to break down.

The first thing to do before falling into a bigger swamp is to try to organize the space where I live, even just a little.

 

The belief that I can shape my surroundings according to my will boosts my self-esteem and naturally leads me to take care of myself.

 

Throwing away trash in a space that has already become dirty is easy, but just as people hesitate to throw away trash in a clean and organized space, organizing the environment in which we stay is the best way to cherish ourselves. I want to move my stagnant life and live a shining life.

 

1️⃣ Do not wash.

All the processes of showering, drying my body, and drying my hair are exhausting and difficult.

 

2️⃣ Do not clean.

Trash is piling up inside the house, but I don't have the strength to throw it away.

 

3. It is difficult to have a healthy meal.

I have no appetite, so I hardly eat rice or binge eat to soothe my emptiness.

 

4️⃣모든 일에 흥미가 없다. 

Even when I watch entertaining variety shows, I only chuckle briefly and it doesn't really lift my mood.

 

5️⃣ Makes impulsive purchases.

Even though they are not essential items, I buy a few and stash them at home.
