Question: Even after moisturizing my hands, my palms are still very dry.

I have always had dry hands and have been using hand cream constantly, but recently I feel like my palms are so dry that it's beyond just feeling dry.
It's not like I was closer to water than usual or anything, I was just living normally...
I think the palm has become a bit more severe.
I'm worried that this might lead to the development of psoriasis... or other skin conditions.
