My eyelids have become so heavy that it's uncomfortable...

Since this year, I've suddenly been feeling like my eyelids are very heavy.
Holding it up, the eyelid doesn't look much different when viewed in the mirror.
It feels like a sinking sensation, so it's very uncomfortable.
Is it a feeling of sinking down, or is it actually like that?
I have double eyelids, but I feel like something is covering or overlapping above them.
I felt like my vision was also obscured because of my eyelids.
Is upper eyelid surgery performed because of these symptoms?
Is there anyone who has undergone surgery? I want to confirm if the discomfort is truly alleviated.
I'm very curious.
