Cesarean section scar

I gave birth by cesarean section earlier this year.

The wound has healed well, and I was told to put on a bandage to reduce the scars, so I did, but I haven't been wearing it since the fifth month... (the scar) feels like the worm has grown biggerㅠㅠ and it itches occasionally.

Is that just how it is... The hospital said I can just come for a regular check-up after being there for a yearㅠ
