Even in everyday life, whenever I move my shoulders
The strange clicking and tapping noises keep happening repeatedly.
The pain isn't really something to worry about ㅠ
It's not like I'm completely unaffected either...
It's very ambiguous,ㅠㅠ
One of my acquaintances listened to my symptoms and...
Shoulder impingement syndrome? Or something like that, I think.
If the pain is not severe, should I avoid going to the hospital?
Is there a way to do it at home?
