Why does my stomach sound like water today? It makes noise,ㅠㅠㅠ

There is still sound even as I am writing.
Is it just me, or does it sound like the air is escaping today?
Should I say it's the sound of flowing water?
I don't have any symptoms like stomach pain, heartburn, or discomfort.
I tend to hear sounds from my stomach all day, so I feel quite embarrassed.
Today, I had a lot of time spent with the staff.
Since the sound occurs frequently, I felt embarrassed and it made me very anxious ㅠㅠㅠ
I don't know how many times I changed my posture.
I was occasionally concerned about these symptoms in the past as well.
What should I do to get better in times like this? ㅠㅠ
