(Question) Sudden onset of itching, could it be a menopausal symptom? How should it be treated?

There hasn't been anything particularly changed (such as switching body cream or body wash).
Since a few weeks ago, I started feeling dryness in my chest area, and the itching has become more severe.
Next, the itching on the right side of the waist also worsened.
I think I scratched myself while half-asleep.
The skin has become rough and bumpy, and a red scab has formed.
As the scab heals, the itching worsens, and I scratch it while sleeping, creating a vicious cycle.
I'm wondering if the sudden itching sensation is a symptom of menopause.
I am in my late 40s, and in a few years, I will be turning 50.
A few years ago, after my wife's surgery, menopause no longer has any meaning, so I don't know when I am in menopause.ㅠㅠ
