As I am now entering middle age, I am experiencing various physical changes and symptoms.
My lifelong menstrual cycle, which I never missed even once in 28 days, started skipping a month since the end of last year.
At first, I thought maybe I shouldn't do it once, and I wondered if my period had stopped, but I don't think that's the case.
They skip a month and then do it again around the same date the following month.
And then, the following month, I skipped again, and this month the cycle returned. Could this be a symptom of menopause?
I know that some people have irregular cycles, but since I am relatively regular, I am confused. I wonder if it will continue like this or if it will change to every three or four months. I'm very curious whether it will stay every two months for a while and then change to every three months, or if it will switch back and forth.
And lately, I've been feeling suddenly hot and cold, and I wonder if this is a symptom of menopause or if it's related to aging in general. I hear that aging means more parts of the body start to break down, and it's quite sad.
