Question) Why do the areas around my eyes keep cracking and tearing?
The photo is of my mother.
If you look closely at the corner of the eye in the picture, there's a red part. It's the area where the iris transitions into flesh. That part has slightly torn, turning red and the skin has stretched. You could say it's a slight split.
In the past, the outer corner of the eye would sometimes tear (not because of surgery or itching, but if you naturally have a pointed front edge of the eye, this is a common phenomenon you might experience).
But now, even the corners of your eyes are like that~
Why does it happen even in the area slightly away from the pupil? Is it because it connects to the flesh?
If you look at the picture below, the corner of the eye is red and swollen, and the slightly yellow part underneath is a yellow scab.
Why, when a wound turns red and then heals, a yellow scab forms. That's it.
I usually don't have dry eyes or rub my eyes, so what could be the reason for the corner of my eye constantly tearing?
At first, I applied Fucidin ointment, and the swelling went down then, but this time it swelled up again. I think it's a bit trivial to go to the hospital for something like this...
Is there any ointment like this that is good to apply for symptoms other than Fucidin? I'm posting this question to ask if there are any other good methods.ㅜ
