Does pain and calluses on the sole of the foot have any relation to health?

Perhaps because I walk for a long time for my health, I have developed calluses. Especially on the little toe side, I experience pain, and calluses or corns keep forming. I heard that the type of callus that forms depending on the toe position can indicate health status. If calluses develop on the little toe side, does that mean something is wrong?
