Since the weather is cold, I have a headache and numbness behind the right side of my head.

Maybe because the weather has suddenly gotten colder these days, I have experienced numbness at the back of my right head. Today, I also felt a tingling sensation at the back of my right head and felt a bit dizzy. I'm worried about the possibility of paralysis, should I go to the hospital? I do wear a hat when it's very cold, but I just go out when I go to work. Are there others experiencing these symptoms lately?
