(Question) My nose hurts due to dryness in the room.

Lately, I've been using the heater in the living room continuously.
Playing it, until I fall asleep
I put a door in the main room.
Is it because of the dryness in the room?
It feels like my nose tip is being pricked with a needle in the early morning.
I had pain.
It feels like being pricked every time I breathe.
Is this because of the dryness in the room..?
My husband really dislikes using a humidifier.
I don't use it... Are there any things that could help with humidification?
