Question) My shoulder is usually fine, but every now and then, it hurts and feels nerve-wracking whenever I move it.

My shoulder usually doesn't hurt and is fine, but occasionally, every time I move it, I feel a brief muscle pain.
And usually, I feel a heavy sensation in my shoulders and arms. What could be the reason?
If I get really sick, I would go to the hospital, but since I only get sick occasionally and it's awkward to go, I just stay at home.
