(Question) Can I put cream on the bruise on my finger?

I kept feeling pain, so I checked and found a lump on the joint of my finger.
At the restaurant I went to yesterday to eat sundae guk
I poked my finger through the gap in the door while going to the bathroom.
I said I was feeling a bit sick.
Even in the morning, just a little movement hurts too much.
It doesn't seem like the bone is broken.
Is it because of the joint?
Is there a cream that can help heal bruises?
Or the company doesn't have cream,
There is such an AirPass spray.
It's okay to just spray it randomly, right??
