(Concern) Every time I get in the car, I feel nauseous and think I might vomit.

I have had severe car sickness since I was a child.
Whenever I get in the car, I feel nauseous, dizzy, and have a headache, and I feel like vomiting.
Although cars are somewhat less problematic, I still have to avoid winding roads.
I especially remember how difficult it was to travel by bus.
They tell me to take motion sickness medicine, but even if I take it, I still vomit. I think motion sickness medicine doesn't suit me.
So I don't know when was the last time I took the bus.
But next week, I have a friend's son's wedding, so I will rent a bus.
I have to go to the upper region, but I really can't avoid going.
I'm 고민 되네요.
By the way, my husband has work, so he can't go with me ㅠ
Does anyone like me who suffers from severe motion sickness know a way to prevent motion sickness without using medication?
